Pros
Exposure to a variety of work. Ability to learn a lot about the food manufacturing industry. Very fast paced, direction changes very quickly.
Cons
High turn over rate of employees. Preferential treatment, which affects the overall morale of the employees. No training to support additional workload given to employees. If you are in the inner circle you can make multiple costly mistakes and rise to a leadership role. Too much time is wasted on reports and graphs instead of hands on problem solving.
