      Good work atmosphere, lots of intelligent, motivated people around to work with and go for any help. Good balance between work and personal life, decent benefits.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is nice. Fellow colleagues are friendly and helpful. Work environment is healthy in almost all aspects.

      Cons

      The pay is a bit lower than tech companies. But as long as you don't crave for pay that much, it's a decent job to stay in.
