      Salary and benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      Not onboarding process. You have to be part of the management combo. Poor communication environment and they take retaliation if you speak out. Lack of technical knowledge in the company.

      Company chosen Holiday Pay Bonuses, Yearly pay increases for quality of life/operator advancements, onsite restaurant and gym.

      Slow paced, long shifts, overnight workers don't get onsite restaurant benefits

      Pros

      Starting hourly pay is good for this geographic area. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      If your in your 60's don't plan on SIMTRA hiring you unless you have some fantastic background in injectable drugs or perhaps a temp agency picks you up. If a Temp Agency does hire you, don't plan on working there too long. I've also seen them keep people with felonies and let veterans go.
