      Not any real Pros to be honest. Steady pay…

      Cons

      Training was terrible. Upper management was bad and trickled down. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They couldn’t care less about family time long as you get your job done.

      Leadership issues and lack of respect from subordinates. Growing too fast - not focused on the teams that were already in place.
