Communication and SOP (standard operating procedure) needs put in place.
- No one is in charge
- plans change constantly
- no one communicates
- President was too scared to tell us we didn't get a bonus this year
- Bonuses are (allegedly) the same criteria for everyone, either everyone gets a bonus or no one so your work doesn't count because the company can't reach its goals
- You learn through gossip days later something you should have been told directly
- terrible at recruiting higher level positions
- promote useless people instead
- regularly promoting people that are actively disliked and distrusted by most staff
- raises lag behind inflation
- no one gets raises (unless they're senior levels)
