      Pros

      Great place to work. Flexible as far as emergencies and needing off. Basic skills for writing bids. Easy to work for.

      Cons

      Fast paced work. Everything you type up, has to be accurate because it reflects the company and owner. You have to be correct and precise in all areas of the day to day operations.
