      Pros

      Revolving door is an understatement. The company is a master of cutting corners even cutting pay and incentives for its employees. The CEO believes that companies shouldn't provide benefits because everything is covered by OHIP. The two CEOs had another company which shut down because of their recklessness. Simpro former SMT Direct.

      Cons

      Terrible Management, cutting corners, horrible pay, lack of structure, lack ownership of responsibility. Overall bad place to work.

      Pros

      It has been a swift and incredibly gratifying journey so far. The Simpro team exudes a friendly and inviting atmosphere while eagerly embracing the forthcoming opportunities. The executive team is putting in dedicated efforts to implement changes while maintaining open and clear communication.

      Cons

      no cons per say so far. Naturally, there will always be a handful who struggle with change, but the leadership team is diligently driving change forward and offering guidance and direction to ensure Simpro is on the right course.
