      - Flexible with WFH arrangements - Strong technical team - Good work life balance - Reasonable pay

      Cons

      - With the changes and acquisition by private equity firm, has lost its originality and become more like a BIG4 structure - Management has changed with an overhaul and no clear direction for the business, many broken promises - No well defined company culture and very minimal engagements between employees - Employing more offshore people and quality of work is questionable - Pay is not standard for the same position

      Pros

      Co-workers are helpful. If you do your work well, you will be rewarded well. Plenty of opportunities since the company is still growing. Upper management is doing their best to keep the company a great place to work.

      Cons

      Pre-sales is too aggressive with timelines. Hence output quality and robustness can be compromised. Internal processes are still to be improved.
