      Pros

      Everyone is very nice. Pay is decent for associates

      Cons

      Minimal payroll for the amount of freight that comes through. Management is basically a stockroom manager. Getting up to 100 50lb boxes a week with at most 4 associates working a large busy store and expecting manager to process, ticket, hang and place merchandise daily while servicing customers

      Great customers and great coworkers

      Cons

      Work load, work life balance, incompetent district manager, poor control of inventory flow from warehouse to store. Everyone is a freight associate. And there is ZERO work life balance. The amount of times I was told that a question posed to them was above their pay grade was astounding.
