You learn to work fast paced and get a good knowledge of salads and dressings.
Cons
Really Easy place to work just gets crazy during busy hours like lunch and dinner and they usually are understaffed. Also need to make a more standardized way of training and possibly make a manual how things should be done around the kitchen everyone does things how they like
