Pros

Flexible work, Handful of people who support you

Cons

Negative work environment, inexperienced management who drive staff away or sack them without much consideration Claim to have good work life balance but quite the opposite, to the extent where youre made to feel like a half arsed worker if you aren't at the office. Disgusting attitude from sales managers, derogatory comments, immature behaviour and poor attitude to teamwork across departments. Parking is awful Kitchen is vile

Pros

Relaxed Dress Code, Plenty of incentives, Nights out. Didn't work there long, but got on with everyone, team i worked with were brilliant and everyone else in the office very friendly! Early finish opportunities every week too.

Cons

Poor Management, VERY call centre based. Sales People sell, they don't need to make calls for making calls sake. Quality over quantity. Was almost like they weren't bothered how much money you made, if you weren't calling, you weren't working. Low salary & commission as well. Worked in sales 10+ years and never known a company take 50% of you commission for missing KPI's, BRUTAL!

Pros

I've been her for over 2 years now, and you won't meet a better bunch of people - it's quite a young demographic of people, but everyone is really nice, which makes for a happy work environment. The work load can be quite full on at times, but if you work hard, you get rewarded well with incentives (days out, time off, vouchers etc...) There's always plenty going on, and new projects to get your teeth into, so life at Simply is never boring.

Cons

Sometimes the noise can be a little distracting but you're allowed to put your headphones on if you have something you need to concentrate on. It's an absolute nightmare getting off the estate (because of the traffic) between 4.30pm and 6pm.
