Pros
Most of the people are great to work with.
Cons
The pay, the lack of organization, the leadership team, the hypocrisy, the shady financial dealings…if you are getting hired as a PM be prepared to markup every tiny little thing and then markup the markup and add management fees to squeeze every penny out of the clients and don’t try to get around this practice because management will push you to invoice a certain amount every week whether the work is done or not. When you start you will hear all of the pretty language they use and see their pretty website with the company values with words like wellbeing and thriving together and being impeccable with our word and then after a few months you’ll start to see the truth. It’s just like every other contractor doing poor to decent quality work and charging a premium for it..plus the management fee. Do yourself a favor and work for a bigger company that knows what they’re doing. One with competent leadership and a clear direction of where it’s going.
