      Good people and nice product

      Something's wrong with the company culture. People are getting fired without a reason. Unfortunately I don’t see a good future for Simply.

      We do our best to make sure that parting ways with teammates is as respectful and transparent as possible. That being said, it is always a sensitive and personal matter. We put a lot of effort and thought into each process, trying to make it as clear as possible for everyone involved, balancing respect for one's privacy and the team's need to be informed.       Pros

      I joined Simply five years ago and was given the opportunity to step into a role despite not being a perfect on-paper match. The culture encourages initiative, independent thinking, and ownership, with good ideas taken seriously regardless of role or seniority. The people are strong professionally and genuinely kind, with low ego and minimal organizational politics. It is the best culture I have worked in.

      Cons

      This is not an environment for everyone. Simply is best suited for highly independent people who are comfortable with ambiguity, expected to lead end to end, and often work in multidisciplinary teams.
