Pros
Great clients, little do they know how the company is run, the. Staff is great, management is not (corporate). The retail stores work well.
Cons
Terrible management in the corporate department, HR is a joke and really non-existent. The company looks out for itself and not its employees. No room for advancement, no guidance or mentorship to be seen. Really the worst company I’ve ever been with in terms of corporate culture
