      Unlimited PTO that they follow through on. Just give at least 2 weeks of heads up about it and you can pretty much take as much as you want

      Cons

      Recently bought by Infosys so some of the projects are leaning towards the classic overworking style of large consulting firms

      Honestly all of the pros of this company is gone

      Cons

      - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
