      The culture of this company is one I have never seen before - we are a true team of stewards who care about one another. Working from home is also a major plus.

      Not enough social interaction since we are all remote.

      Honestly all of the pros of this company is gone

      - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
