The incredible team, our customers and our values. In my role, I'm not hugely customer-facing but am fortunate enough to work with our internal team closely. We have the most incredible people here and our executive and management teams work tirelessly to ensure our Simplus family is heard, respected and cared for. We're international but we're all able to connect during company meetings and fun activities Simplus provides us. This place is just the coolest.
Cons
As mentioned, we're international, so it's a bummer so getting so spend time with the whole team in person.
