      Simplus really promotes work-life-balance, They care for their employees by giving them lots of benefits and preventing them from burning out, Everyone here is your friend, and helps each other like family. The work environment is really were people could really grow and prosper in their career paths

      Its a growing company so there are new implemented processes that is added every quarter, and you need to adapt to constant fast paced environment

      Honestly all of the pros of this company is gone

      - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
