Pros
Simplus so far is the best example of a work-life balance & employee first culture. The company has a friendly environment, work-from-home benefits (very ideal for working moms who'd like to spend more time with their child/children), flexible working hours, considerate management and provides perks such as free food.
Cons
It would be best to have our own Simplus office rather than co-working space for other activities and future growth.
