      Number of PTOs is great, colleagues are the best team that you can ask for, very supportive management and lots of opportunities to grow and learn.

      Cons

      Very fast growing company means bigger opportunities knocks at the door, that sometimes staffing with adequate skills can be an issue.

      - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
