Pros
- Leadership - Work/Life Balance - Emphasis on continuing education - Ability to keep finger on pulse of company and direction it is heading - Last but not least employees I work with it
Cons
There isn't a "perfect" company out there. If there was I'd be able to work for 5 years then retire. If there was a 4.5 that is what I would give. I've been doing this for close to 20 years; therefore, I'm not drinking the company kool-aid. I was with one of the big 4 consulting companies prior to this and it is night and day. I could argue benefits, but I'm single and everything gets paid for by company. If you have a family the $ allocated to benefits won't fall within a Fortune 500.
