      Honestly all of the pros of this company is gone

      Cons

      - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture

      Pros

      Work Life balance was great. Unlimited PTO. No strict requirement to travel.

      Cons

      They cut my entire department when they merged with their acquisition company. Not the best client relationships.
