Pros

At Simplotel, you really get thrown into the action. You’ll quickly gain hands-on experience managing big projects and working with different brands. It’s a great place to build client management skills since you’ll be working directly with clients right from the start. There’s a lot of collaboration across teams, which helps you improve your communication skills. You’ll also learn a lot about taking ownership of your work, as you're trusted to handle projects independently. Plus, if you're looking to build leadership skills, you’ll get the chance to train new joiners and even help with interviews.

Cons

Creativity here is confined to the smallest of boxes, with hardly any time to experiment or let ideas breathe. You’re expected to churn out work quickly, and creativity is reduced to a set of metrics and scores, which can kill the spark for anyone with a true creative edge. Work-life balance is basically non-existent, with management often taking advantage of fresh talent by piling on the work without regard for personal time. HR acts more as a company shield than an employee advocate; expect little help if you’re struggling. Favoritism is rampant, and office politics are all too real—know the game, or you’ll feel sidelined fast.

Pros

This company offers you the rare opportunity to be shouted at for things you didn’t know existed and then be demanded to deliver them yesterday.

Cons

No cons, because how can gods—oh sorry, I meant the upper management—ever be imperfect? It’s blasphemy to even think so! Questioning their brilliance or decision-making would be akin to heresy. The CEO, with his holy screaming and divine tantrums, is clearly infallible. If things go wrong, it’s obviously your mortal incompetence and not their celestial plans. And the benefits? Well, you’re rewarded with a cup of pathetic coffee that tastes like it was brewed from the tears of overworked employees. But hey, who needs actual perks when you have front-row seats to this never-ending clown show Also, The fake glowing reviews are almost too believable—because the saddest part is imagining the poor souls forced to write them. You can practically feel the desperation and fear of retaliation behind every overly enthusiastic word
