      Cons

      Poor management, realize you’re just an expendable number. They can’t even provide uniforms, you’re expected to provide all of your working attire that will be destroyed in short order.

      Pros

      You get paid on time every time.

      Cons

      Pay is not comparable to plants that surround it. Management is terrible and the turnover rate is terrible. Even 20 year veterans won't work for the current plant manager anymore.
