Simpliigence is an IT startup focussed on IT solutions predominantly on CRM, RPA, AI. The implementation projects at Simpliigence are very exciting. Most of the clients are from US and Canada regions and from various industries like Financial services, Healthcare/ Medtech, Construction, Public sector, Retail and Commerce, Energy. Due to the varied clientele, the projects involve numerous technologies and solutions. The learning opportunity for an employee is immense. At Simpliigence, the employee is fully empowered to look for solutions and make decisions. Employees have the advantage of researching on their own, learning and contributing effectively.

Due to multiple projects, the resources would have challenges on multitasking. but this a challenge which the resource can learn to prioritise tasks.
