As part of the leadership team, I have had the opportunity to witness the company's growth journey closely. Being a growing organization, some processes and systems are still evolving. Teams may occasionally experience changing priorities or increased workload during critical business periods.

My initial experience has been positive. The team has been welcoming and supportive, and the work environment seems professional and collaborative. Looking forward to learning and growing during my internship.
