Pros
- Occasional bonuses when the company reaches certain targets (but amazon pays them too)
- Same pay rate as any other amazon partner company.
Cons
- extra workload, send you to take more parcels after completing your route.
- Amazon initially has a route pay system like you complete your route early, you are good to go home but this company just doesn't want to let you go home early. If you finish your parcel early, good luck delivering other driver's parcels who are slow or don't take their job seriously.
- Toxic environment & rude dispatchers ( Beware they will be very nice for the first few weeks)
