Pros
Nothing good except its geographical location as it is located in one renowned of the IT Park.
Cons
1) Salary date is 10th date or after 10th date. 2) Annual lay offs upto 60% of employees without any reason, just for cost cutting. 2) annually they have lay-offs up to 60% headcount is reduced and then keep on hiring every year. 3) Too much of politics especially those who are more focused on other political activities are more successful in the organisation. 4) No HR department or HR practices for employee benefits. 5) No job security. 6) Variable salary is only offered to the candidates to show high CTC but will never be paid.
