      Nothing as of now except salary on time

      Cons

      **No job Security. Lala type company every 6 month in July-August they hire people and the job last till February- March. Hire people in January-February and your job will last till October-November. This is the way of cycle they are following.

      Industry Leader. Solutions (and there are many) deliver value to healthcare payer clients. Innovative solutions. Culture positive. People collaborative and supportive. Treats employees very well. Intelligent individuals throughout. Extremely positive leadership starting with the CEO who leads in a positive, supportive, respectful manner with the right amount of positive motivation. Company welcomes input from all.
