Pros

No prons, they even not paid and salary give after holding 1 month period and with 20% deduction

Cons

Stop working with Simplia, STOP IMMEDIATELY. This fraud company has only one mission — to fool you, loot your money, and vanish. They give you false promises, manipulate data, and offer zero actual results. ❌ They promise quality leads, but what you actually get is junk — fake, irrelevant, or outdated leads, just to make their reports look good in meetings. This is nothing but a trick to retain clients and squeeze more money out of them month after month. 💀 Their Meta Ads don’t work half the time, and when you ask, they blame technical glitches. Same with Google Ads — full of issues, underperforming campaigns, and no accountability. 📉 They are not just cheating clients. Internally, they are even worse. Multiple reports show they haven’t paid their staff for over 2 months! Imagine trusting your business with a team that doesn’t even treat their own employees right. 🚫 Simplia is not a marketing company — it’s a well-polished scam, a money-sucking machine built to extort, deceive, and leave you high and dry. 💣 ⚠️ DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT INVEST A SINGLE DOLLAR. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. ⚠️ IF YOU STILL CONTINUE, GO AHEAD....

Cons

The company Lotus Interworks (and its associated ventures such as Simplia Inc.) under the leadership of Bhaskarpillai Gopinath displays a pattern of behaviour that frankly aligns with predatory business practices rather than any legitimate growth-oriented enterprise. Instead of building genuine value, the operation appears to specialise in false promises: luring small, financially vulnerable contractors and overseas workers with the bait of “double your ROI,” “20× your growth,” or “join our AI platform and change your life.” Once the recruits are in, they find the reality is drastically different — cheap labour, night-shifts, withheld salaries, unfulfilled contracts, and an abrupt disappearance when the payout phase should begin. Numerous posts on forums highlight how employees in India were hired and then left without pay when the company “disappeared overnight”. Reddit +2 Reddit +2 What’s worse, is how this operation seems structured to minimise accountability: hire en masse from lower-income markets, promise elite US-market returns, collect money from contractors/clients/investors, and then file bankruptcy or restructure under a new name when the pressure comes. The cycle begins again. This is not innovation — this is exploitation. And the key person at the helm continues to lead without public accountability. Given the scale and repetition of such practices, it is irresponsible for any contractor, worker or investor to assume this is anything other than a high-risk, potentially fraudulent business model. In sum: Lotus Interworks (and its related entities) is not pioneering AI or global technology leadership — it appears to be running a supply-chain of cheap labour and empty promises, taking advantage of the vulnerable and then vanishing when the money is due. If you are dealing with them in any capacity — hiring, working for them, investing — treat this with extreme caution and prepare for the worst.
