Sometimes it can be quite in terms of call volume, which was good. The job was quiet at times and could WFH 2 days a week and on weekends.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY One of the deadest work places I’ve ever worked in. Atmosphere in the office is like a funeral parlour. Managers have no phone experience and/or can’t even help with a simple problems, staff often joke they’ve replied with “random answer generator” During my interview they told me 1 in 5 weekends, which was an absolute lie as ended up working 2/3 weekends. They don’t pay extra on bank holidays. You lose holidays due to max 2 staff members off at once. Training is off a poor standard, whilst working here, it was common for NONE of the trainees to make it out of training, or it would be 1 person left as everyone has left. Constantly dealing with complaints and upset customers, as products are NOT fit for market, constantly have to persuade customers products work.
