Bad Company Culture & Management - Anonymous employee Simplex Media Employee Review

The work environment is really toxic. They promote working extra hours/weekends. The Management does not respect their employees, it is not allowed to take holidays/days off. People are afraid of their supervisors. There is a huge turnover as a result of this. They conduct trials and do not pay for people (additionally the General Manager does not respect candidates at all and does not accept criticism). One of my worst work experiences, I do not recommend it.
