Pros

Strong commitment to the employees - very low turnover Strong focus on innovation and making sure the job is done right. Large investment in cutting edge technology education and tools. Very careful with decision making to make sure the customers are have the best in service and protection, and to protect the employees. Zero layoffs in the last 5 years. Very transparent. Anytime I am asked about the service we provide I can provide details on what the technicians did when on what machine. If a mistake is made it isn't covered over, it is reported and corrected.

Cons

Decision making and hiring can take FOREVER. The caution is good, but you need a little more agility.

Pros

The leadership really cares about the people, customers, and business. They are committed to taking care of the staff and creating a good work environment, and about making sure the customers get a good product even at the cost of profit. They do a good job of creating opportunities to grow professionally and nurture careers. I am impressed with the focus on improving customer service and automation that few companies in the industry are doing.

Cons

They can be slow to make changes, especially when it comes to hiring. They work hard to make sure the person they hire is the right fit for the business and customers, but they take too long in that process. Too many decisions are made by committee.
