Pros
Lots of very talented people who are a delight to work with, and will help each other in any way they can.
Cons
Full on work focus on implementing the Simpler Business System without much balance or desire to work around some personal issues. Very little focus on people development or respect for people at the clients, which is contrary to the true ethos of Lean. This may be because the clients do not ask for this, but it means that initial improvements may not be sustainable and they have to do it all again in the future. This in effect, means customers will therefore always have to rely on consultants rather than build up their own expertise.
