Pros

Offers remote work and flexibility to work from home. Good place to hone your customer support abilities since there is a lot of things excepted.

Cons

The management creates a toxic culture by publicly criticizing employees in group chats and ranking them against their peers, which undermines collaboration and encourages a self-serving mindset. Compensation is extremely low for the amount of work expected, and the role is often misrepresented during interviews, leaving employees unprepared for the reality of the job. There’s excessive micromanagement, with constant monitoring and negative feedback instead of useful guidance. The company is consistently understaffed, causing delays in responding to clients, yet employees are still blamed for failing to meet expectations, despite not having enough resources to succeed.
