Pros
- Lots of creative freedom and great minds to bounce ideas off of.
- Higher-level execs are really transparent and keep an open (virtual) door policy
- Awesome company culture (everyone is really friendly, capable, and reliable)
- They genuinely take care of employees. I've felt valued since the moment I was interviewed to now.
- Lots of opportunity for growth
Cons
- Not many. Although there are some projects that I wish I could work on face to face with teammates. But that's just the sacrifice of remote work.
