Pros

DAY ONE THOUGHTS: After having multiple sales jobs this year Ive come to realize that accountability and discipline are the biggest factors when it comes to success in sales. This company provides 2 daily / to the point meetings to make sure your hitting your KPIs. They also provide solid training, CRM, Scripts, and Call tools to make sure that all you need to do is focus on doing your work day in and day out. one of my favorite resources of the company so far are is the vault of hundreds of successful calls and consultations from top sales reps. This allows you to study what top performers are doing differently so that you could implement into your own work. The fact that the company owner Nikolas is actually on the morning appointment setter meetings feels like we are not being sent to battle alone. Over all there are solid KPIs to follow and positive energy in this company even though meetings are held virtually. I'm looking forward to seeing this company scale to the top!

Cons

DAY ONE THOUGHTS: I feel training for new hires could be made more to the point and hands on.... but I almost always feel this way with every other company I've been a part of prior to this job. Funny enough I feel the pro of having great accountability with 2 company meetings a day can become a con a few months down the line as I start to reach the peak of my skills and once I've gotten the rhythm down. As long as meetings are kept brief and there is a nice atmosphere that makes everyone feel like they could voice any great learnings or problems they're running into I feel meetings would be fine.
