Pros
Locally owned and operated. Had lots of friendly co workers and made some good friends. Easy to commute to since it’s in the suburbs.
Cons
Pay is very much less than competitive in comparison to other jobs in the industry. Growth potential is almost non existent and just about anyone is expendable based on firing practices as of late. Problematic work environment. Management is all related so growth is less than likely unless you are “in the family”. Will be required to work weekend shifts as part of the job when you first start. Benefits are on the lower end of offerings in the industry.
