      Pros

      The benefit package was good.

      Cons

      They overwork you. Management talks down to you. They will make you do work outside of the scope of duties you are hired for because they don't want to hire people for the appropriate roles, then get angry you are not good at a role you did not interview or accept. I don't recommend working for the company.

      Pros

      The pay and summer hours are the only pro's.

      Cons

      Awful training and management. They will literally will scream at you. They don't teach you how to do things properly and then get mad if you don't know what your doing. The manager and Director talk about everyone behind their back. The culture of the company is terrible and you are not valued as an employee. When you have questions the managers are always to busy to take the time to help you.
