Thanks for your great feedback. We really appreciate it. We say this a lot around here but our core values absolutely are our guiding principles. From folks joining Simpay in our entry level positions, to long-term staff members, and each member of our leadership team, we live and breathe the core values. You mentioned your “ability to make an impact”. I wanted to comment on that specifically, because I think it’s key. Our aim, with every person who works here, is for them to feel valued, heard, and respected. Making an impact can be risky in some companies. There’s a feeling of keeping your head down and not rocking the boat. That’s not the way we do things. One of our core values talks about doing what’s right, another speaks to finding solutions, and yet another says that we all win together.
