Paychecks were on time. Company Trucks were a bonus and a company credit card was nice to have to pick up supplies when needed quickly.
Cons
Management had unrealistic timelines and was not relaying project details correctly to field workers. Manger would put field workers in potentially dangerous environments (mold) without proper safety gear or guidelines. Lots of nepotism within the top management and within the company.
