Pros

manager is awesome Great pay staff at centers great to work with

Cons

benefits are horrible, loosing accounts left and right because they decided to cut lots of staff and now current staff is overwhelmed with the amount of phone calls and orders coming in. Front desk Staff at centers are over worked. They usually don’t get lunches or breaks because of no coverage which is a huge no no in California. That is a law suite waiting to happen. Drs. are calling non-stop why their patients are not being scheduled and I have eventually run out of excuses. No one is happy because everyone is scared of the current director. once you make her mad she will be super rude and try to belittle you. Staff at the center will not speak up because they are scared of her and are afraid to be fired or be on her bad side. The work culture is super toxic, I am not surprised no one wants to work there. The company is buying more centers everyday but what they should be doing is focusing on what they already have and making it better. They is no clear direction of who is in charge in Arizona. i don't even know who to contact for HR related questions. There is a huge disconnect from Northern Cali and Arizona. I wonder if Dr. Simon even know what goes on here. Seems like all he cares about is numbers and not patient care. Thats not why i accepted a job here.

Pros

Supportive team environment with meaningful projects and opportunities to gain hands-on experience in healthcare marketing. Interns are trusted with real responsibilities and receive valuable exposure to branding, communications, and business operations.

Cons

Because the company is growing rapidly, there is always something new to learn and adapt to, which can create a fast-paced environment for interns.

Pros

I've been with SimonMed for almost four years and have had the opportunity to see the organization evolve significantly during that time. The company has embraced a forward-thinking approach, with a strong focus on innovation, technology, and long-term growth. Recent leadership changes have brought fresh energy, clear direction, and meaningful investments in both operational improvements and the employee experience. It's encouraging to work for an organization that is actively investing in new technology, modernizing processes, strengthening its brand, and positioning itself for the future. There are opportunities to contribute ideas, take on new challenges, and be part of meaningful initiatives that impact the business while providing exceptional care to our patients.

Cons

As with any growing organization, change can happen quickly and adapting to new processes takes time. Continued communication during periods of growth and transformation is always beneficial.
