Pros

As I sit and rack my brain I cannot think of any pros when it comes to working for a company like Simonmed...

Cons

Manager is incompetent and uneducated when it comes to radiology. The manager has no rad tech experience therefore does not understand the complexity of the work the techs do. Techs are overworked and double booked and the patients are almost always waiting to get in to their appointment because the techs are always behind . No designated lunches are given and you have to eat in between patients. Techs are told that they will not be paid overtime and if you are close to working overtime you are forced to take extended lunch or come in later or leave early. Which are all illegal according to the state labor department. The company is dysfunctional and disorganized. Lots of sneaky backstabbing by upper management. I am truly disgusted by this company and would advise anybody who wants to apply there to look up all the employee reviews as well as the customer reviews because they are all negative.

Pros

No micro managing, Lenient on taking time off,

Cons

No positive feedback always asking how to fix things and putting out negativity, Gossip from management, No annual pay raise, CarEs about numbers more Than actual patient care, Overbooked overworked and underpaid. If management does not like you they will mess with you and force you to quit. Just a number to management and they can replace you with no remorse. Longevity does not matter. They say they care about your work life balance but don’t show it.
