There is plenty* of work here, which means you get to learn a lot. Micromanagement is generally not there, although you are expected to log your work and provide daily updates. The company and the product are doing fairly well(except appraisal months). There are occasional fun activities. Everyone in the company are helpful when you need with work Senior executives are approachable and mostly chill.

You get leave on paper, but the leave categories and the policies which change every few months are confusing and quite strict, so you may end up not using all of them. If a product deadline is approaching, getting leave approved is difficult. Employee facilities and office perks are minimal.. Job security does not feel very strong no matter how good you are. hike is based on company performance not yours. Late-night work and occasional weekend work is common, especially during busy periods.
