      Very political, gossip, Managers don't get to the root of problems, they just fire people. No job performance is used, just word of mouth.

      401k match from owners is generous.

      Cons

      Disorganized. Support staff is treated like garbage. Partners are disconnected and don't know what's going on. Treatment is based on who you know, not merit.
