Pros
Flexibility, the pay is good, if you know someone in leadership or are well connected you move up really easily without having to know much. The benefits are decent.
Cons
Lack of training, lack of resources, the departments don't communicate with each other, leadership doesn't communicate changes well, the organizational structure is very top heavy, there are so many managers (many of which have 1 or 2 direct reports and there is probably no need for them).
