Pros

People on my level of the team were super nice. The cafeteria area always had amazing food. I've made a few life long friends here.

Cons

Insanely stressful. Having been in other jobs now, I realized I was covering the work load of 5 people as an employee fresh out of college. I would come back home after work looking like a shell of a person according to my partner. There was no remote work opportunities. They also completely rejected any accommodation requests I made, sending me on wild goose chases for their required documentation. I never had the time after work to even go to the doctor because I was so broken down after work that I would just go home and sleep. The culture is culty to say the least. I heard time and time again that the work family was more important than real family because you saw them more. Never work here.

Pros

Small enough company that you can talk to leadership and voices matter. Culture used to be great. Lots of middle management understands the obstacles employees face and fights for the better.

Cons

The entire company is centered around Arkansas/Little Rock/Pine Bluff. There are other markets with massive opportunity that are always getting ignored. Everything is looked at through the lens of how things are done, ran, budgeted, ect in LR. Lots of recent change has caused a lot of bankers to leave and start looking for jobs elsewhere because they’re tired of lack of leadership.
