Pros

The company itself has a decent reputation, always appearing in magazines and owns stadiums promoting business

Cons

They are constantly purchasing new banks before ensuring the previous bank is comfortable and has everything they need to succeed. The call center is a absolutely terrible, takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get through and employees have to go through the consumer call center line to reset customers online banking. So frustrating for everyone. Upper management pushes sales so hard it makes customer service difficult and customers get so annoyed because you are forced to ask them the same questions each time they come in. They hire managers with no experience to run a branch.

Pros

Small enough company that you can talk to leadership and voices matter. Culture used to be great. Lots of middle management understands the obstacles employees face and fights for the better.

Cons

The entire company is centered around Arkansas/Little Rock/Pine Bluff. There are other markets with massive opportunity that are always getting ignored. Everything is looked at through the lens of how things are done, ran, budgeted, ect in LR. Lots of recent change has caused a lot of bankers to leave and start looking for jobs elsewhere because they’re tired of lack of leadership.
