Not a Employee friendly place to work.
Never trust Management.
Low pay.
They love to play the blame game when things break.
Reams of paperwork for documentation for any work you do and upper management judging you for minor errors in said paperwork.
Expect no support from Management as they are not your friend.
Very poor health Insurance and expensive for what you get.
Long work hours.
