Pros
I loved working with the customers- my co-workers were great - starting out working as a team and helping each other
Cons
Upper management- sales sales sales - I was told it did not matter what your customer service survey was (at the time mine was 1000) if sales goals were not met - NO promotions - NO exceptions and you might even get moved to a different branch. Simmons has completely lost touch with home town feel and how to help their employees reach the goals set before them. I suppose something changes while I was there - It did not start out like this
